How much does a project cost?
Cost depends entirely on scope, so we quote each project individually rather than publishing a price list. You will receive an indicative range shortly after your enquiry, followed by a fixed-price proposal once the requirements are agreed.
How long does a project take?
A marketing website is typically three to six weeks. Applications and custom systems run longer and are delivered in stages, so you have working software in your hands early rather than at the end.
Do you work with clients outside Australia?
Yes. We are registered in Victoria and work remotely with clients internationally, maintaining overlapping business hours with your timezone.
Can you take over an existing project?
In most cases, yes. We begin with a short code review and advise honestly whether continuing the existing build or rebuilding is the better investment.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes a warranty period for defects. Beyond that, optional support plans cover hosting, monitoring, backups, security updates and an agreed allowance for ongoing changes.
